SI8513-C-IM Overview


For safety purposes, the current sensors are housed in 12-VFQFN packages. In order to protect these current sensors, the Tube is used to protect them. These current sensors should be able to deliver a maximum current of 7mA. Current sensors should not supply a current greater than 7mA. Current sensors have terminations of 12. In this case, the current sensors have been designed for a current of 20A. This current sensor contains 12 pins. During operation, the current sensors could supply 5.5V voltage. While working, these current sensors can supply voltage of 3V. Current sensors should be configured to supply a voltage of 2.7V as a minimum. An electronic part with 12 pins is available.
