SI8513-C-ISR Overview
To ensure safety, current sensors are encapsulated in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages. In order to protect these current sensors from damage, they are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). Current sensors should supply no more than 7mA of current. Current sensors should not supply more current than 7mA. These current sensors must operate at a temperature greater than -40°C in order to be effective. Nonetheless, the maximum operating temperature for the current sensors should be set to 125°C.
