SI8517-C-ISR Overview
For safety reasons, the current sensors are enclosed in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages. In order to protect the devices from damage, these current sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). This current sensor should be able to provide a maximum current of 7mA. Sensors should supply a current below 7mA. In order for these current sensors to function, the operating temperature cannot be lower than -40°C. Nonetheless, the maximum operating temperature for the current sensors should be set to 125°C.
