SI8519-C-IMR Overview
Safety measures are taken to protect the current sensors by putting them in 12-VFQFN packages. In order to prevent damage to the devices, these current sensors are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). In these current sensors, the maximum output current should be 7mA. It is recommended that current sensors provide a current that is not greater than 7mA. It is important to make sure these current sensors work at temperatures higher than -40°C. But the maximum operating temperature for the current sensors should be set to 125°C. This current sensor has 12 pins.
