SI8519-C-IS Overview
In order to ensure safety, the current sensors are packaged in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages. A Tube package protects these current sensors from damage. A current sensor's supply current should not exceed 7mA. There are no terminations on the current sensors. It has been designed for 20A current to be sensed by the current sensors. As far as the current sensor is concerned, it has 20 pins. When they are operated, the current sensors can provide 5.5V voltage. While working, these current sensors can supply a voltage of 3V. It has 20 pins.
