Logical driver uses a neat TSSOP package. Tape and Reel external packaging. All of the 4 elements are put into use. 14 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. There is a ABT family part that is attached to this electronic component. 14 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 14 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. The bus transceiver employs 1 bits for each element. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Bus Driver/Transceivers. The digital buffer starts up under ENABLE HIGH control technology. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 30mA. It is recommended to use a 5V power supply. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the logical driver. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -40°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 85°C. Buffer driver outputs 64mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -32mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 4.5V at least.
