SN74AHC4066DG4 Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. 1:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, there have been 14 terminations. Due to its 4 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. A 2.3V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. As part of its design, the 14 series is equipped with this electronic component. Based on SPST - NO switching circuits, these analog multiplexers work. Use 74AHC4066 to search for variants of the digital switches. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 75Ohm. An abnormal situation would be for the switch device to be supplied with a voltage greater than 5.5V. Analogue multiplexers of the Single supply type that are cost-effective. 2V is the lowest voltage the electrical component should receive. Analogue multiplexers require a 2V~5.5V voltage to drain from a single voltage supply. If put voltage greater than 20μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. There are SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this analog switch ic. 50MHz-bandwidths can be used to transfer data between multiplexers.
