SN74ALS32DRE4 Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient due to the part's packing in SOIC. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Total terminations are 14. Users will benefit significantly from 4 functions in this part. It represents the ALS product family. A total of 14 pins are injected into the part body. There are a number of applications for logic devices mounted with the Surface Mount pin. For details about the functions of 14 pins, please refer to the datasheets. The logic device is a typical Gates. Part now bears a 50pF load capacitance. Contains the industry TR method. The datasheet specifies that the part requires 5V volts of power. Operation involves 4 elements in total. There is a specified operating supply voltage for the chip of 5V volts. Temperatures higher than 70°C should not be allowed to be present in the environment where the device is operating. According to test statistics, the minimal operating temeprature of the part would be 0°C. It is recommended that users do not supply the device with voltage above 5.5V in normalcircumstances. 4.5V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the part. Performance of a part can be enhanced by adding 2 input lines. Current output is rated at 8mA.
