As a means of saving space, digital switch is provided in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width).The package is packaged in accordance with Tube.The mounting method digital switch ic uses is Surface Mount.the multiplexers uses an analog IC Bus Switch.Turn signal switch will not be susceptible to the external factors when the operating temperature is kept at -40°C~85°C.When operated with a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, digital controlled switch provides digital controlled switch's superior flexibility for designers.Since they are members of the 74CBT series, they can be used in a wide variety of applications.The basic configuration includes 20 terminations.The base part number is 74CBT3345, which is also useful when looking up signal switch's related components.The multiplexer is supplied with 5V voltage.This turn signal switch has 20 component pins.At the end of a conductor, it uses GULL WING as the point where the conductor ends.The supply type of this multiplexer ic is Single.Currently, it is configured with a 20 pin configuration.Surface Mount is the way it is mounted.The logic switch is included into the family of CBT/FST/QS/5C/B.Signal multiplexer provides 8 bits.In order to maintain mux switch's normal operation, power is provided to 5V.The digital switch ic is an electronic part classified into Bus Driver/Transceiver.Without the influence of external factors, it consumes 50μA current of multiplexer ic.If the supply voltage is set to 5V, reliable performance of the multiplexers can be achieved.2 ports are used for some other peripheral signal switchings to plug in.With a resistance of 7Ohm, it operates.For increased switches' flexibility, the output current of 64mA is provided.
