SN74HC03DR Overview
The part comes in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Cut Tape (CT) is used. As a result, it works on the principle of NAND Gate. This part needs a voltage of 2V~6V to function properly. Around -40°C~85°C is the extended operating temperature.
