SN74HC126NE4 Overview


Logical driver uses a neat PDIP package. Rail/Tube external packaging. All of the 4 elements are put into use. 14 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. This buffer driver is part of the HC/UH family of parts. 14 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Through Hole applications. Logical driver has 14 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. The bus transceiver employs 1 bits for each element. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Bus Driver/Transceivers. The digital buffer starts up under ENABLE HIGH control technology. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 8μA. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the logical driver. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -40°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 85°C. Buffer driver outputs 7.8mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -7.8mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 2V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 6V. It is known as a BUS DRIVER logic IC.
