SN74LS21DRG4 Overview
Due to its SOIC packaging, the part is convenient for international shipping. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In total, there have been 14 terminations. Users will benefit significantly from 2 functions in this part. It represents the LS product family. A total of 14 pins are injected into the body of the part. There are a number of applications for logic devices mounted with the Surface Mount pin. Datasheets for 14 pin functions are available upon request. The logic device in this example is a typical Gates. According to the datasheet, the part requires 5V power supply. The total number of elements used for operation is 2. There is a specification for the operating voltage of the chip, 5VV, which is referred to as the supply voltage. When the temperature is higher than 70°C, the device should not be operated. A minimal operating temperature of 0°C has been determined from test statistics. In normalsituations, users should not supply voltages higher than 5.25V to the device. The lowest voltage fed to the part should be 4.75V. A part with 4 input lines performs better. A rating of 8mA is assigned to the output current.
