SN74LVC4245ADBRE4 Overview


Logical driver uses a neat SSOP package. Tape and Reel external packaging. Logical driver can deal with Voltage output (s). All of the 1 elements are put into use. 24 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. Family LVC/LCX/Z includes the buffer IC . 24 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 24 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Bus Driver/Transceivers. The digital buffer starts up under COMMON CONTROL control technology. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 80μA. It is recommended to use a 3.3V power supply. It is generally sold in TR package. 8 bits are included within the electrical component. Logical driver features 5V SUPPLY FOR PORT A; 3.3V SUPPLY FOR PORT B to better serve the need. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -40°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 85°C. Buffer driver outputs 24mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -24mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 2.7V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 5.5V. It is known as a BUS TRANSCEIVER logic IC. The fundamental operation of logical driver is based on 8 circuits.
