SN74S240NE4 Overview


Logical driver uses a neat PDIP package. Rail/Tube external packaging. 20 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. There is a S family part that is attached to this electronic component. 20 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Through Hole applications. Logical driver has 20 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Bus Driver/Transceivers. The digital buffer starts up under ENABLE LOW control technology. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 100mA. It is recommended to use a 5V power supply. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the logical driver. 6 bits are included within the electrical component. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as 0°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 70°C. Buffer driver outputs 64mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -15mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 4.75V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 5.25V. Wireless transceiver is able to output 3 lines. Because of its 8 lines level input capability, buffer IC is more cost-effective on transimitting signals. It is known as a BUS DRIVER logic IC. Digital buffer is characterized to have 4 inputs. The fundamental operation of logical driver is based on 2 circuits.
