SP6123CN-L Overview
It comes in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 3V~5.5V and has a 3V~5.5V supply voltage. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. It can switch at 300kHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount.
