SP7652ER-L Overview
It uses the Strip package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. A voltage regulator consists of 26 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 26-PowerVFDFN package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. DC-DC switching regulators reach 600kHz switching frequencies. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.5V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 6A. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 28V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible.
