SR13D-A1 Overview
Packages containing magnetic position sensors are labeled Module. Magnetic position sensors modules can be configured to have a -40°C minimum operating temperature. In order for this sensor module to perform properly, it shouldn't operate at a temperature above 150°C. In the sensors modules, there are 3 pins. A sensor module will draw 13mA current in general. If you wish for the sensor modules to perform well, they should carry 20mA current. Sensor module voltage should not exceed 30V when it is running. However, sensors modules should provide a voltage of 3.8V at their minimum.
