SS351AT Overview


An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tape & Reel (TR) in order to protect it against damage. In order to prevent damage to the magnetic switches, they are packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. As a maximum current, the magnetic switches can supply 6mA. If these switches are operating properly, they can output 20mA as their maximum current. 3 pins are required for the switches to function. There are 3 terminations in it. The switches should normally output 20mA current. It should supply a maximum voltage of 24V when it is functioning. For reliable performance, this switch usually provides 5V voltage. It is possible for this magnetic switch to supply a voltage as low as 3V. Nominally, it can supply 3.5mA current when it works.
