STG4260BJR Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 12-UFBGA, FCBGA. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. 2:1 is the number of circuits in the multiplexer and demultiplexer. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. 12 terminations have been made so far. This electronic part offers high-quality output due to its 1 channels. When a voltage supply of 1.8V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. It is injected into the electrical part body with 12 pins. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPDT switching circuits. It consists of 2 circuits. If you are looking for variants of the digital switch, trying search with STG4260. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 500mOhm. Datasheets for 12 pin functions are available upon request. In this analog multiplexer, the value is Multiplexer or Switches. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 4.8V to the switch device in normal circumstances. An effective Single supply digital multiplexer. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 1.65V. A voltage of 1.65V~4.8V is required to drain this analog switch from a single voltage supply. Putting voltage greater than 50nA on the multiplexer may cause damage. SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are utilized by this digital multiplexer.
