STG5223QTR Overview
The electrical component comes in 10-UFQFN packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. 2:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. A total of 10 terminations have been recorded. The electronic part provides high-quality output because it has 1 channels. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 3.3V voltage supply. It is injected into the electrical part body with 10 pins. If put voltage greater than 50nA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. In order to operate the 2 inputs, there are several steps to follow. A analog switch ics with 4 outputs is included.
