STG5223QTR Overview


The electrical component comes in 10-UFQFN packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. 2:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature.
