The Arm? Cortex?-M0 32-bit RISC engine, up to 256 Kbytes of Flash memory, and up to 32 Kbytes of SRAM, together with a wide variety of improved peripherals and I/Os, are all included in the STM32F030F4P6 microcontroller. All of the devices include common communication interfaces, including one 12-bit ADC, seven general-purpose 16-bit timers, and one advanced-control PWM timer, along with up to two I2Cs, up to two SPIs, and up to six USARTs.
Using a 2.4 to 3.6V power source, the STM32F030F4P6 microcontroller can function in the -40 to +85 °C temperature range. The development of low-power applications is made possible by a wide range of power-saving modes.
