The high-performance Arm? Cortex?-M3 32-bit RISC core, operating at a 48 MHz frequency, high-speed embedded memories (Flash memory of 64 or 128 Kbytes and SRAM of 10 or 16 Kbytes), and a wide variety of enhanced peripherals and I/Os connected to two APB buses are all included in the STM32F102xx medium-density USB access line. One 12-bit ADC, three all-purpose 16-bit timers, two I2Cs, two SPIs, one USB, and three USARTs are all available on all devices.
The STM32F102xx family uses a 2.0 to 3.6 V power supply to function in the -40 to +85 °C temperature range. The development of low-power applications is made possible by a wide range of power-saving modes.
