STM32F103RBT6 Description
:
The STM32F103RBT6 medium density performance microcontroller features an ARM CortexTM-M3 32 bit RISC CPU running at 72MHz, high-speed embedded storage (Flash memory up to 128 Kbytes and SRAM up to 20 Kbytes), and a wide range of upgraded I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. Two 12-bit ADCs, three general-purpose 16-bit clocks, and one PWM timer are included, as well as common and sophisticated communication interfaces such as up to two I2Cs and SPIs, three USARTs, a USB, and a CAN.
