The complete STM32F103xx high performance series includes 4 different package types: from 48 pins to 100 pins. Different groups of peripherals are included depending on the selected device. The following description outlines the complete range of peripherals recommended in the series
The STM32F103xx high performance line series operates in the temperature range from-40C to + 105C, from 2.0V to 3.6V power supply. A comprehensive power-saving mode allows the design of low-power applications
The STM32F103xx high-performance series integrates a high-performance ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC core running at 72 MHz, high-speed embedded
memory (up to 128k bytes of flash memory and up to 20 < bvt for SRAM), and a variety of enhanced IGAMO and peripherals connected to two APB buses. All devices offer two 12-bit ADC. Three general purpose 16-bit timers plus a PWM timer, and standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to two l-Cs and SPI, three USARTSAN USB and one CAN.
