STM32F103ZCT7 Description


The STM32F103ZCT7 features a high-performance ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC CPU running at a frequency of 72 MHz, high-speed embedded storage (Flash memory up to 512 Kbytes and SRAM up to 64 Kbytes), and a wide variety of upgraded I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. Each device includes three 12-bit ADCs, four general-purpose 16-bit timers, two PWM timers, up to two I2Cs, three SPIs, two I2Ss, one SDIO, and five USARTs, a USB port, and a CAN interface. The STM32F103ZCT7 high-density performance line operates between a power supply of 2.0 and 3.6 V and a temperature range of -40 to +105 °C. The development of low-power applications is made possible by a wide range of power-saving modes. Because of these characteristics, the STM32F103ZCT7 high-density performance line microcontroller is appropriate for a variety of applications, including motor drives, application control, medical and handheld devices, PC and gaming peripherals, GPS platforms, industrial applications, PLCs, inverters, printers, scanners, alarm systems, video intercom, and HVAC.
