STM32F303CBT6 Description

The STM32F303CBT6 series is based on a high-performance ARM Cortex -% 0AM4 32-bit RISC core with FPU, runs at up to 72 MHz and is embedded in floating-point units (FPU), memory protection units (MPU) and embedded tracking macro units (ETM). The series integrates high-speed embedded memory (up to 256 kilobytes of flash memory, up to 40 kilobytes of SRAM), as well as a variety of enhanced Imax O and peripherals connected to two APB buses.

STM32F303CBT6 offers up to four fast 12-bit ADC (5 MSPS), seven comparators, four operational amplifiers, up to two DAC channels, one low-power RTC, up to five universal 16-bit timers, one universal 32-bit timer and two special timers for motor control. They also have standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to two I2C, up to three SPI (two SPI with multiplexed full duplex I2S), three USART, up to two UART, CAN and USB. In order to achieve audio-level accuracy, I2S peripherals can be timed through an external PLL.
