STM32H753BIT6              Description

The STM32H753xI device is based on a high-performance ARM Cortex - M7 32-bit RISC core and operates at up to 480 MHz. The Cortex - M7 kernel uses floating-point units (FPU) to support ARM double-precision (IEEE 754 compliant) and single-precision data processing instructions and data types. The STM32H753xI device supports a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) to enhance application security. The STM32H753xI device integrates high-speed embedded memory, 2 MB dual memory flash memory, up to 1 MB RAM (including 192 K bytes of MedicRAM, up to 864 K bytes of user SRAM, and 4K bytes of backup SRAM), and various enhanced AXI O and peripherals connected to the APB bus, AHB bus, 2x32 bit multi-AHB bus matrix and multi-layer AXI interconnects that support internal and external memory access.
