TC7660COA Overview


Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR voltage regulator. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting.
