TEFD4300 Overview

To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 10V voltage. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 10V continuously. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. As a result of the photodiodes, a circuit could produce 215mW heat. It is recommended that photodiodes be operated at a temperature of 100°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. It should be 60V for the reverse anode voltage of the photodiodes. It is generally recommended that the maximum heat released by photodiodes should be 215mW in a circuit. A reverse voltage 60V does not affect the photodiodes in the DC circuit. ldeally, a photodiode should have a voltage of 1V to allow current to flow across it. There is 150pA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
