Designed to protect these photodiodes against damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 16V for the photodiodes. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. There is a possibility that photodiodes could release 100mW heat within a circuit. In the case of photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 16V. For a circuit, the maximum heat released by the photodiodes should be 100mW. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 100pA current.
