Shipping overseas is convenient since the embedded microprocessor is packed in QFP. High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced packaging method Bulk. There is MICROPROCESSOR, RISC MICROPROCESSOR, RISC in the uPs, uCs, or peripheral ICs categories. In total, 132 terminations have been made.
