Bulk cases are delivered.Case 100-TQFP is used.A Surface Mount-mounting system is recommended.There is a variation in the range of temperatures at which the device operates.There is an output voltage of 3V~3.6V volts on the chip.An input box is provided for the user to fill out in the LVDS form.The output type of interface ic is recognized as CMOS/TTL.As a result, there are several 8 inputs to be operated.Serializer/Deserializer is possible to maintain 56 outputs on the device.Surface Mount allows mounting of the device.As part of the THine? series, there is an electrical component that is included.Parts of this type must not operate at a minimum temperature of -10°C.The operating temperature must be below 70°C.
