This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 52kHz. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible.
