TL494CNSR Overview
With its 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. For 2 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. There is a Cut Tape (CT) solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. A 7V~40V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it.
