TL5001AQDR Overview


Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 3.6V~40V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. There is a switch at 20kHz~500kHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Dead Time Control, Frequency Control which allows efficient switching control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. An array of 8 terminations of dc switching.
