TL5001AQDRQ1 Overview
In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 3.6V~40V volts and has 3.6V~40V supply voltage.
