TL5001IDR Overview


It comes in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 3.6V~40V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. Switching can be done at 20kHz~500kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Dead Time Control, Frequency Control which allows efficient switching control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. The 8 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's input voltageis set to 6V. A search for "TL5001" will reveal other relevant dc to dc converter ics. There are a total of 8 pins on switching converter. A 50V voltage of DC regulator was detected in the test statistics. You should note that the dc dc regulator's usual output current is 20mA. It is estimated that this dc regulatorhas a maximum frequency of 500kHz. Users should apply 40V to operate the voltage regulator dc to dc safely and reliably. As long as the dc switching is in a dormant state, it utilizes 1.1mA.
