TL594CDG Overview


Capsuled in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. For 2 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc controls with 7V~40V voltage are supplied and operated. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 300kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount.
