TL594IDRG4 Overview


With its 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sDC control operates at 7V~40V volts and has 7V~40V supply voltage.
