TL594INSRG4 Overview


With its 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it.
