TL7660CD Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -Vin 2Vin. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3V. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family TL7660. Voltage can be produced at 18.6V volts by voltage regulator. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 8 pins. There is a maximum input voltage of 10V that DC DC switching regulator can operate from. A dc to dc voltage regulator's frequency of 10kHz is sufficient for maintaining high accuracy. Powered by a 120μA supply current, this DC-DC switching regulator operates on a DC-DC voltage. Normal output current of DC DC switching regulator is 20mA.
