TL7660CDR Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. A SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 10kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 1.5V.
