TLC139MJ Overview
To facilitate transportation, it comes packaged in CDIP .This comparator is of the OPEN-DRAIN output type.This chip is designed with the Rail/Tube package.The device is designed with 14 terminations.Electronic comparator is a part of Comparator family.With a 5V voltage supply, the comparator can perform multiple demanding tasks.The board includes 14 pins.There are 14 pins on the comparator.The PCB or other board can be mounted using the Through Hole on it.Normal operation of the device requires a nominal supply current of 80μA .There is sufficient power to run the device from 5V power supplies.An increase in temperature over 125°C is not recommended.Temperatures below -55°C are not suitable for the device.The comparator has a maximum supply voltage of 16V .This comparator can be supplied with a voltage as low as 4V .To maintain output quality, 4 channels cooperate.Comparator electronics consists essentially of a high gain COMPARATOR amplifier.For normal operation, there should be 5V operating supply voltage applied.
