Space-saving reasons have led to it being packaged in a LQFP package. To prevent signals from reflecting off of the transmission line, there are 48 terminations. It is configured with 48 pins. A voltage of 5V is required to operate the device. Voltages as low as 4.75V can be supplied to it. Supply voltages up to 5.25V are supported. Temperatures should not exceed 70°C.
