TLE4941-HT Overview
ldeally, the magnetic switch should be packaged in the Tape & Box (TB) for protection against damage. The magnetic switches are put into 2-SIP, SSO-2-2 packages for safety protection. Good performance is achieved by powering the magnetic switches with 16.8mA as the maximum current. It is possible to set the maximum operating temperature for the magnetic switches to 150°C. This magnetic switch, however, must be operational at a temperature greater than -40°C.
