The TLV3201AIDBVR is dual-channel comparator that provide the best of both worlds: fast speed (40 ns) and low power consumption (40 A), all in a tiny package with rail-to-rail inputs, low offset voltage (1 mV), and huge output drive current. The TLV3201AIDBVR is also simple to use in a wide range of applications where response speed is important.
The TLV320x family includes single-channel (TLV3201) and dual-channel (TLV3202) models, both featuring push-pull outputs. The TLV3201AIDBVR is available in SOT-23 and SC70 packages with 5 pins. All devices are designed to work in a wider industrial temperature range, from –40°C to 125°C.
