Low power adjustable shunt voltage reference with proven temperature stability across the whole operating temperature range is the TLVH431AIL3T. The output voltage can be adjusted using an external resistor divider to any value between 1.24 V and 18 V.



TLVH431AIL3T Features


  • Low working current: 100 A at 25 °C; Variable output voltage: 1.24 V to 18 V

  • voltage precision of 0.25 percent, 0.5 percent, 1 percent, and 1.5 percent
