TPS22965QWDSGTQ1 Description


The TPS22965QWDSGTQ1 is a singlechannel load switch with controlled turn on that is compact and ultralow RON. An N-channel MOSFET is included in the device, which can function between 0.8 and 5.5 V and handle a maximum continuous current of 4 A. The rising time of VOUT can be adjusted to reduce inrush current. A 225-ohm on-chip load resistor is included in the TPS22965-Q1 and TPS22965W-Q1 devices for rapid output discharge when the switch is turned off.
