TPS3103E15DBVTG4 Overview
It is mounted through 6 terminals on the power management. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. To assist you, this PMIC includes SOT-23-6 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1.5V. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. It has a total of 6 pins that are attached to IC management. There are 6 pins on the supervisor.
