TPS3700DSER Description


The TPS3700 wide power window voltage detector operates in the range of 1.8V to 18V. The device features two high-precision comparators, an internal 400mV reference and two open-drain outputs with a rated voltage of 18V for detecting overvoltage and undervoltage. The TPS3700 can be used as a window voltage detector or two independent voltage monitors; the monitored voltage can be set with external resistors. When the voltage of the INA+ drops below (VITP-VHYS), the OUTA is driven low, and when the voltage returns above the respective threshold (VITP), the OUTA becomes higher. When the voltage of the INB- is higher than the VITP, the OUTB is driven to low, and when the voltage is lower than the corresponding threshold (VITP-VHYS), the OUTB becomes high. Both comparators in TPS3700 include a built-in lag for filtering to suppress transient burrs, ensuring stable output operations without error triggers. TPS3700 is available in SOT-6 and 1.5 mm x 1.5 mm WSON-6 packages and is specified in the junction temperature range from-40 °C to 125 °C.
